DANNY SUÁREZ

Human Biomechanics Specialist

Danny Suarez has had over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and owner of a traditional group class and personal training facility for over 13 years in Astoria, Queens.

In 2020, Danny met his fiancé who had previously suffered a spinal injury due to a car accident where she was forced to undergo a life saving back surgery that later resulted in herniated discs.

They visited the top spine doctors, the medical system only offered more surgery as the solution. Refusing to believe that surgery was their only option, Danny committed to pursuing Functional Patterns as an alternative to help heal her.

Only 3 months of following the lifestyle Functional Patterns recommends, his fiancé was able to get out of pain.

After these results, Danny understood the impact Functional Patterns could make on anyone else who may have a similar story to that of his fiancé. Since then, Danny has dedicated himself to solely practicing and teaching Functional Patterns.

ADAM KLECHESKI

Human Biomechanics Specialist

For Adam, movement and sports has always been a big part of his life. He was born in Poland and moved a lot growing up, living in Russia, Switzerland, The Philippines and The Netherlands. He played sports like snowboarding, basketball, skateboarding, ice hockey and much more.

When Adam began his professional career as a fitness coach, he noticed pains in his body. First it was his lower back, shoulders and wrists. At one point, he had chronic knee pain so bad it prevented him from playing basketball and even walking up stairs was a challenge.

In 2022 Adam discovered Functional Patterns, with this focus he’s been able to build a more athletic body, free himself from pain and enjoy the movement practices I love.

“It’s my goal to take the lessons I’ve learned in this journey and help people get out of pain, optimize their bodies and ultimately enjoy whatever movement practice they love.”

NATASHA LÓPEZ

Human FOUNDATIONS PRACTITIONER

Natasha became a fitness enthusiast after she had a life altering car accident in 2015 where she had back surgery. Doctors advised her to lift weights but that her 45 degree scoliosis would never be fixed, in fact it would get worse with time.

In 2020 after a hike she felt excruciating pain, barely allowing her to walk and live her life. She later finds out it was herniated discs and the doctors said the only way to help the pain is back surgery once again. Her fiancé strongly advised her not to and introduced her to Functional Patterns. Three months later she was pain free.

In 2023 Natasha got certified and is now a Human Foundations Practitioner. She wants to help heal others as FP healed her.
